These beautiful African wild dogs (Lycaon pictus) spent much of their day running around their spacious enclosure and observing it from higher locations such as this rock. They were absolutely beautiful to watch, though painstaking to photograph - they were so fast that managing a reasonable composition at any given point was a nearly impossible task. I was glad that I managed to take this shot just a fraction of a second before they jumped off again and continued their territorial investigation. I'm a bit sad about the out-of-focus red foliage visible at the bottom of the shot, but I prefer to leave it as it is rather than attempt to manipulate it out of the image. I quite like the angle of the picture. Both the wild dogs have great expressions and it it's visually impactating. That green tree in the background makes you feel like it's something made-up, when in fact it's just mother nature being mother nature. While I liked all of that, some of the scenario seems a bit shaky, but it doesn't take much of the spirit of the picture, and some would even sai it adds up some personality, to which I'm more fond of the later. It's not very original since it's animal photographing, but it's still very pleasant to see! What I liked more, tho, was tour title to the picture! I found it very favourite-worth, so keep the nice work going!
