Little Blue Heron (Egretta caerulea) walking around in the mid-morning light. We were on a boat going through the swamp which is found in the middle of the Gamboa Rainforest reserve when it appeared. Luckily someone in my boat pointed it out, or I'd never have seen it from the corner of my eye.
